I hate parents. I hate having divorced parents, only because they're not mature enought to handle it. They make me send messages in between each other, and I'm sick of it.

Mom: Call your dad and see if you can come to Marc's(stepdad) birthday party tomorrow.
Me: ::groan:: fine.
::calls up dad::
Me: Tomorrow's Marc's birthday party, can I go to it for a couple hours, then come back?
Dad: That kind of interrupts everything, Keri. Let's just "switch" Tuesday for Wednesday(I go to my dad's house on Tuesday)
Me: Ok, I guess.
Me: Hey mom, I'm going to just go to my dad's house on Wednesday, ok?
Mom: I can't believe it. I let my dad have you over there for weeks at a time, and he can't do me one favor(She lets my dad have me. What am I, a book?)

...Last night, I checked in my rat's(Magenta) cage to see if she needed more food, and...she was dead. My baby. She had food, water, she wasn't sick at all. Ok, so she was about 3 years old, but it was a shock.

God.

So then, after I stop crying, I look into my mouse's(Cocoa) cage...and he was dead, too.

I don't get it. They were both chipper and happy in the morning, and they had food and water and love and...what happened? I didn't burn any candles or incense, didn't spray any perfume...I don't get it.

Did I do something wrong?
